I just LOVE drinking coffee, in fact I love it so much that I can easily drink 4-5 cups of coffee per day. I also know how coffee can effect me in a negative way so to satisfy my desire for coffee taste while I nourish my body is a must. Dandi Latte is a great substitute to anyone who is suffering from an adrenal fatigue, or who would like to cut down on coffee consumption like yours truly here. This beverage is full of anti-oxidants, prebiotics, Vitamins A, C, K along with potassium, magnesium and calcium. It is a great start to any morning as dandelion has amazing health benefits specifically for liver health and egg white protein powder that I use is 16 grams of protein per 1 scoop of powder! So it's a win-win all around.

  • 1/4 C of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of No Yolking egg white protein powder (I use this:
  • 1 packet (or 1 Tablespoon) of Dandy Blend: Instant Herbal Beverage with Dandelion
  • 2 teaspoons of raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener (optional, adjust to your desired taste)
  • 2 teaspoons of collagen powder (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons MCT oil
  • 1 1/3 Cups of boiling water
  • Step 1 Place all ingredients into a blender, cover with a lid and blend well for about 40 seconds (be careful not to burn yourself)
  • Step 2 Enjoy
