*** do not throw away the pulp, just use it for a cookie recipe or burgers. If not using right away, place in the zip lock bag and freeze***


  • 1 C almonds soaked for 4 hours (or overnight)
  • 4 C water
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 t sunflower lecithin (optional)
  • 1/8 C maple syrup
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Step 1 Rinse almonds very very well. Blend all ingredients for at least 1 minute, place in the nut mylk bag or cheesecloth and strain, serve or store in the fridge for up to 2 days!
