Ingredients
  • 4 large sole fillets or 6-8 small ones
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon olive or avocado oil
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
  • Step 2 Arrange the sole pieces in a 9×13 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 3 Drizzle with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4 Bake for about 10-12 minutes enjoy with a serving or salad with dairy free ranch dressing
  • Step 5 DELICIOUS! Enjoy
