- 4 large sole fillets or 6-8 small ones
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
- Step 2 Arrange the sole pieces in a 9×13 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Step 3 Drizzle with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
