Start your mornings with this delicious, crunchy supercharged keto cereal. This cereal is full of healthy fats, protein and fiber. Enjoy it with unsweetened milk of choice or as a granola on yogurt or coconut lemon pudding

Ingredients
  • Wet ingredients:
  • 1/3 Cup melted extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup egg whites protein powder (I use this one: carbsmartexpress.com/product/no-yolking-100-egg-white-protein-powder/ )
  • 2/3 cup smooth almond butter
  • Dry ingredients:
  • 1 cup raw sesame seeds (white or black)
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener or erythritol
  • 1 Cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat the oven to 325 F
  • Step 2 In a small pan melt coconut oil on low heat, remove from heat and add the remainder of wet ingredients to it
  • Step 3 In a large bowl mix dry ingredients
  • Step 4 Add wet to dry and mix with a spatula until well combined
  • Step 5 Place the mixture on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, then mix with a spoon and bake additional 7-8 minutes, check often making sure not to burn it
  • Step 6 Store in a container in the fridge and enjoy with unsweetened almond milk or as a granola topping on yogurt or coconut pudding
