Supercharged Keto Cereal
Start your mornings with this delicious, crunchy supercharged keto cereal. This cereal is full of healthy fats, protein and fiber. Enjoy it with unsweetened milk of choice or as a granola on yogurt or coconut lemon pudding

Ingredients
- Wet ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup melted extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup egg whites protein powder (I use this one: carbsmartexpress.com/product/no-yolking-100-egg-white-protein-powder/ )
- 2/3 cup smooth almond butter
- Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup raw sesame seeds (white or black)
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener or erythritol
- 1 Cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup pecan pieces
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 325 F
- Step 2 In a small pan melt coconut oil on low heat, remove from heat and add the remainder of wet ingredients to it
- Step 3 In a large bowl mix dry ingredients
- Step 4 Add wet to dry and mix with a spatula until well combined
- Step 5 Place the mixture on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, then mix with a spoon and bake additional 7-8 minutes, check often making sure not to burn it
- Step 6 Store in a container in the fridge and enjoy with unsweetened almond milk or as a granola topping on yogurt or coconut pudding
