Ingredients
  • 2 cup ground pecans
  • 1/3-1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • 2 cup dates, pitted and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
  • Step 1 Begin by processing pecans until they are finely chopped
  • Step 2 Add cacao powder and vanilla extract and process for another 20 seconds
  • Step 3 While the food processor is running add dates slowly, when they are all in process for about a minute
  • Step 4 Finally again while the processor is running add maple syrup until the dough becomes sticky and forms into a ball
  • Step 5 Place the dough in a container (i like lining mine with parchment paper so it’s easy to remove), place in the fridge for 15 minutes
