This is a great package when you are looking to COMMIT to your health goals and need professional guidance to achieve them. During the 3 months we work together to discover your nutritional needs and address them through wholesome nutrient dense diet appropriate to your unique body composition as well as necessary supplementation. This package can be done in person or through Skype/phone.
1 complete initial evaluation:
The first interview is aimed towards understanding your past medical history, stress triggers, current lifestyle and goals in order to provide realistic recommendations and to build a nutritional plan that reflects your specific needs. Once we begin to work together you will receive several in depth questionnaires from me to fill out.
1 post evaluation session including nutrition plan and recommendations:
Once I receive the forms back, I review them, score your needs and design a plan appropriate to your current needs. During the post-evaluation session (that can be done through email/Skype or phone) I review my findings with you and outline the plan that you will be following for the specific period of time.
Once you understand the bigger picture, I break down the plan into smaller, more achievable steps.
My goal is to never overwhelm the client as I find it leads to failure and loss of motivation.
Weekly coaching sessions via e-mail or phone (up to 30 minutes):
You can expect for most part (some exceptions may apply) to get an email from me on weekly basis with the recommendations for the following week.
Before I send you recommendations for the following week you must send me an update on your previous week. This is done for 2 reasons:
- This keeps you accountable and on the path to success
- I will be able to adjust anything that possibly did not work for you the previous week.
This is also a great time for you to address any concerns or questions you may have so you can continue on your path without any unnecessary barriers.
As a holistic nutritionist I view the health as a whole (body, mind, spirit) and address all 3 components in the recommendations. Lifestyle recommendations usually include relaxation techniques, books that are beneficial for you to read or any other strategies to manage everyday stress and promote well-being.
Throughout your nutritional journey you will be provided a variety handouts to understand your body better as well as any necessary recipes to help you transition to the next appropriate nutritional step.
1 week menu designed SPECIFICALLY for you:
I take into consideration your allergies, sensitivities and your specific needs.
This menu is usually given at the END of your program, this way when we are done working together you have all the tools you need to succeed. While you are on the program we often go through a variety of nutritional changes and sometimes it doesn’t make sense to give you a menu for a week as you may be eating completely different foods the week after.
Although my recommendation is waiting until the end of the program it is 100% your choice when you would like to receive the menu. If you decide to proceed with the menu in the middle of the program you will receive the menu appropriate to the step that you are currently at (not where you will be at the end of the program as there are many factors that may change the final diet outcome)
