 I put together a simple 7 day Low FODMAP meal plan with 3 main meals and 2 snacks included.

What is FODMAP?


FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols, which are short chain carbohydrates and sugar alcohols that are poorly absorbed by the body, resulting in abdominal pain and bloating.

FODMAP diet is not an easy one to follow as there are many foods you must avoid in order to experience the full benefit. This is not a “forever” diet and thus foods need to be gradually re-introduced after 3-6 weeks on FODMAP diet.

This is a great diet for those who experience any type of gastrointestinal discomfort or have been diagnosed with the following:

  • SIBO
  • IBS
  • IBD
  • GERD/acid reflux
  • Or any other abdominal disorders
